Our implicit biases and privileges can affect our ability to create a more diverse and inclusive union culture. In the first of four webinars, you will take a deeper dive into what implicit bias is, the science of implicit bias, and learn ways of de-biasing. This knowledge is designed to sharpen your union activism providing perspectives and skills during the webinar session.
